Custom development, setup, configuration, digital delivery, or personalised work may be non-refundable once work has started or delivery has been made, except where required by applicable consumer law or agreed in writing.
3. Hosting or recurring services
Where hosting or recurring services are provided, refund eligibility may depend on the plan, billing period, usage, service start date, and whether the issue was caused by our service or external factors.
4. Consumer rights
Nothing in this policy removes rights that cannot be excluded under UK consumer law or applicable EU consumer protection rules.
